Cathie is a director of the Brisbane Lions Australian Rules Football Club and served as Chair of AUCyber (ASX:CYB), provider of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for sovereign data assets from 2017 until the company was taken over in February 2025. She also served as Deputy Chair of the Federal Government’s Cybersecurity Industry Advisory Committee for two years from 2020/21.

She is a Director of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia Foundation, and a Global Advisory Board Member for Girl Up, part of the United Nations Foundation.

As tech geek at heart, Cathie has always believed in the role digital solutions have to play in the delivery of exceptional healthcare, and this focus has driven not only her activity at Icon and Epic but sits behind many of the Arc31 investments.

She has been the recipient of many industry awards and honours including: induction into the Australian Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame in 2015, named one of the Top 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review in 2013, winner of the National Telstra Business Women’s Award in 2011, and recognised by Monash University with a Distinguished Alumni Award for Professional Achievement in 2012. Stuart

Stuart

Director

Stuart Giles was the driving force behind the establishment of Australia’s largest comprehensive cancer care provider, Icon Group, and played a key role from 2016 in driving substantial international expansion across Asia. A pharmacist by background, Stuart and his wife, and long-term business partner, Cathie Reid AM, owned and operated a network of pharmacies around Australia for nearly 25 years. Stuart stepped down as Founding Chairman of Icon Group in late 2020, and post the exit of their Icon and Epic Pharmacy interests, is now focused on Arc31 Family Office opportunities and philanthropic investment initiatives.

In July 2021 Stuart was appointed the inaugural Founder in Residence of the Transformer program, providing mentoring to entrepreneurial students at Bond University.

Through his pro-bono mentoring at Bond University, Stuart was introduced to ModnPods, and saw the business’ potential to address housing affordability, boost holiday park accommodation, support workforce and job creation, and tackle housing shortages in regional and remote areas. Stuart subsequently joined the ModnPods Board as Chair and Managing Director, as Arc31 took a co-lead investor position alongside QIC.

Stuart is also Chair of the Century Cricket Group Board, and is leading the company's growth efforts as it prepares for the global roll out of its tech-enabled, 24/7 Century Cricket Centre offering.
