QScan is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services across Australia.

Epic Pharmacy

Epic Pharmacy was Stuart and Cathie’s hospital pharmacy business, providing medication management and pharmacy services to private and public hospitals across Australia. Known for its focus on patient safety, innovation, and integrated care, the business played a key role in supporting complex healthcare environments. Originally operating as APHS Pharmacy, it was rebranded to Epic Pharmacy in 2014.

APHS Packaging

APHS Packaging was a pioneering Australian healthcare venture co-founded by Cathie Reid and Stuart Giles in 2010. The company specialised in automating the packaging of patient medications into individualised, labelled sachets focussed on enhancing medication adherence and safety. The company's innovative approach garnered industry recognition, including the National MedicineWise Award for Excellence in Labelling and Packaging. In 2012, APHS Packaging was acquired by the Symbion Group, a subsidiary of the EBOS Group. Following the acquisition, the business was rebranded as DoseAid in 2015.

Epic Digital

Epic Digital was a healthcare technology company founded in 2014 by Cathie, Stuart and Emma Croston. Recognising the fragmented nature of patient data in healthcare, they established Epic Digital to develop digital solutions that would streamline information access for both patients and healthcare providers. Epic Digital was acquired by Icon Group in late 2016.

AUCyber (previously AUCloud)

Cathie Reid served as Chair of AUCyber (ASX:CYB), a provider of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for sovereign data assets, from 2017 until its takeover in February 2025. Through Arc31, Cathie and Stuart were early investors and instrumental in the company’s growth and ASX listing.

Southern Rockets

Southern Rockets was a privately owned franchise cricket team competing in the Century Cricket Competitions, an independent 100-ball format league in Australia. The Rockets participated in both senior and junior divisions, contributing to the growth of community cricket through a dynamic, fast-paced format. After several successful seasons, the team transitioned to new ownership and branding under the Century Champions League framework.
